When are orders dispatched?
We endeavor to dispatch all orders received before 2PM Monday - Saturday (excl. Bank Holidays)
During peak season, for example: Black Friday and Christmas, there can be delays in the shipping with higher volume of orders needing to be processed. Of course, this is not ideal for anyone, and we work hard to make sure all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Express orders do get priority if we are delayed in shipping orders.
If you have places an order that contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you should expect your orders to be dispatched when all items are readily available. if you wish to receive items as quickly as possible, please place separate orders.
Express & Saturday
Express orders will be dispatched same-day if received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays). After 2pm, orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Saturday courier orders are dispatched on a Friday. They will only be delivered on a Saturday. Orders must be received before 2pm Friday to be dispatched for Saturday delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Aimed delivery withing two to three working days after they have accepted your parcel. This includes tracking to delivery point and photo on delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Aimed delivery next working day after they accept your parcel. However, please bare in mind, this not a next day courier service or guarantee. This includes tracking to delivery point and photo on delivery.
Returns
We have tried to make sure our returns process is as simple as possible. Whatever your reason for needing to make a return, please read the information below and send a request to Admin@Deckstar.co.uk.
Please ensure returns are packaged safely, securely, and sent with a tracking number. Please take note of this tracking number for future reference.
Returning unwanted products
Products can be returned for any reason within 7 days of initial purchase. Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items. Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 25% of the sale value.
Returning faulty or damaged products
Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 7 days of the initial purchase. If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge. Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaces/exchanged for identical products if we have stock. Please ensure the order number is written on the side of the package (not product package) and/or a note with the order reference number on.
